Shipping and Returns Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST, and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST on Fridays will be processed the next business day.
At this time, Ordertire.com does not have the ability to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Not all brands of tires or wheels are available to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Guam. You will be notified via email should a tire be unavailable to ship to your location.
Once processed, order details, including the shipping address, cannot be modified. Any refused shipments returned to our warehouse will incur both original and return shipping charges.
If shipping to a third-party business (installer, mechanic, etc.), customers must ensure the business will accept the shipment. Customers are responsible for confirming product size and fit for their vehicle.
RETURNS: Returns are only accepted within 30 days for tires/wheels and 15 days for parts/accessories. Only unused, undamaged products that have not been mounted, driven on, or installed are eligible. The customer covers all return shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number from OrderTire.com.
